Sally Barkow Sailing with Team SCA
A highlight of the day was a brief conversation with Sally Barkow
who is on the all women team sailing the Swedish SCA boat. Dwayne has
frequently lost races to her brother, Augie, who is a three time C Scow National Champion and sails scows as a member of the
Pewaukee Yacht Club.
Sally is a Wisconsin native. Her sailing resume includes
being named a Collegiate All-American, sailing on the US Olympic Team, and
twice being named Rolex Yachtwoman of the Year.
