Memorable Memorial Day Weekend

We spent the greater part of the weekend at Herrington Harbour enjoying the wonderful weather, beautiful surroundings and great grilled meals.  We all enjoyed many hours of fun and relaxation: fishing (without luck), BBQ (plenty); beach time, pool time and time to lounge.


The weather was perfect for being on the beach - warm enough yet comfortable due to the breeze. Used the kayaks, paddle boards and float mattresses on the water which was warmer than the water in the marina pool.  Our sunbathers made good use of the beach lounge chairs.

There was plenty of food all weekend.  Brian's BBQ ribs were particularly delicious as was the grilled corn-on-the-cob.  Beer and soda coolers had to be refilled each day.
