Wednesday Night Race 1 or Skippers to Skipper's

Flew back to Maryland on May 5.  Spent the night in Columbia.

May 6, morning we were back to Annapolis to pick up the main sail at Ullman’s Sail Loft and to order parts from Bacon’s.

Lunch was at Chick and Ruth’s.  (Malted Milk Shakes)

Then it was back to the boat to unload and have dinner prior to the Herrington Harbour Sailing Association (HHSA) Wednesday night races.

Dwayne crewed aboard, Jubilee, a Beneteau 36.7.  Winds were so light that the race was abandoned once it became apparent no boat would finish within the allotted time.  None of the racing skippers complained because they wanted to get to Skipper's for food and drinks after the race.

All HHSA Wednesday night race courses end with the HHSA Bouy "A" as the pin end of the finish line.  This makes it convenient for all boats to quickly get to their slips and for the sailors to start the last race of the evening, the "race" to Skipper's.
